Your Impact  

• Supplier management and development, Escalation contact for the fast resolution of customer backorders related to the assigned spare parts portfolio.  

• KPI tracking for the own team & Implementation of NA MMSP targets.  

• Team leadership and performance evaluation meetings provide feedback to the F&P team to improve forecast and planning quality.  

• Coordination of MMSP Super Users for further system development, Leading and coordinating projects and process improvements.  

• Approval authority for purchase requisitions, invoice write‑offs, Quality scrap approval for SQR and QDR, and air freight shipments. 

  
Your Experience and qualifications  

• Completed university degree — preferably in engineering, business administration, or supply chain management — or comparable experience with 1–2 years of professional experience in a supply chain function desirable  

• Ability to independently organize several sub‑areas with strong understanding of numbers, data, and statistics  

• Good communication and organizational skills, Feeling ready to work in an international Team with very good SAP R/3 knowledge in the modules (MM/PP/SD)  

• Ability to assert oneself with employees & motivate them,should be a team player.  

• High resilience / ability to work under pressure, additional foreign languages desirable

Your Compensation 
This position will pay within the range of $90,000 - $110,000, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 10% of compensation.
