Reman Product Manager

The AGCO Parts Division has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Reman Product Manager to join its team in delivering extraordinary results in Batavia, IL, Hesston, KS, or Jackson, MN (Hybrid or remote). This is a role with growth potential and developmental opportunities. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our dealership network.

The role is working within a team of globally positioned Reman product managers reporting to the Sr. Manager for Global Reman.

Your Impact

• Own the North America Reman portfolio and work closely with the Commercial Teams to support & develop the distribution strategy
• Identify opportunities to expand Reman products portfolio; identify and work with reliable suppliers to support Reman growth. Expand Market's awareness (Sales meetings / Marketing Material / Sales Support)
• Support BC creation for new or existing Reman CoE in North America; support Interco & Logistics Import & Export flows
• Optimize Return processes in close collaboration with Operations to optimize returns ratio & efficiency
• Monthly travel

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or High School Diploma/GED and 3+ years engineering experience
• 3+ years' experience in an Engineering or Product Management role
• Experience in Agriculture, Reman activties, or Automotive Aftersales
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Bilingual
