Sparex is currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Aurora, OH and lead our aftermarket agricultural part sales and marketing team.  The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the inside sales team, key accounts, marketing activities, and messaging to continue to build the Sparex brand. This role will also work closely with the product manager to provide direction for product line expansion to allow Sparex to continue to grow sales.  Additionally, the Sales & Marketing manager will be responsible for program and promotions planning and development. 

 

Your Impact 

  • Sales Management: manage the inside sales team to ensure accounts are properly called upon and key product information and marketing programs are being communicated to the dealers. Actively manage key accounts to grow sales within this channel. Ensure there is a commitment to customer satisfaction within our organization’s culture. 

  • Marketing Management: develop monthly programs and promotions to drive sales growth and awareness around the Sparex brand and the product lines offered. Utilize both printed materials and E-Commerce platforms to market Sparex. 

  • Develop KPI’s and performance and bonus metrics for the inside sales team 

  • Collaborate with product development to bring new products and product lines into the Sparex offering. 

  • Analyze marketing program performance to drive category sales and engagement. 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or another business-related field. 

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales management and marketing experience. 

  • Experience within the Agricultural industry with knowledge of the parts business. 

  • Strong communication skills and proficient in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. 

  • Aftermarket parts business experience within the agricultural industry is preferred.  

 

Your Compensation  

This position will pay within the range of $54K to $110K, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 7% of compensation.
