The position will be within the North America Supply Chain organization for a growing global agricultural equipment manufacturing company. The scope of this position will encompass the planning and execution of all shipments to AGCO’s North American sites. The individual will coordinate and support North America transportation activities to achieve cost and service effective results. Assignments will require a close and effective working relationship with a broad range of people such as distribution operations, customer service, sales, IT, vendors and carriers.
Your Impact

Manages tactical transportation for multiple parts facilities, overseeing scheduling, on-time deliveries, carrier communication, and customer service.

Ensures carrier utilization and service levels, handling freight tendering, tracking, tracing, and resolving freight bill and claim issues.

Collaborates extensively with internal teams (e.g., MRP, customer service) and external partners (carriers, vendors, customs team).

Drives continuous improvement and cost savings initiatives, including data analysis for optimal routing and carrier selection.

Performs crucial administrative and analytical tasks, such as data entry, report generation, SOP creation, and act as a backup for logistics and customs functions. Track and trace shipments, submit claims with carriers.
Your Experience and Qualifications

High School Required; some colleges preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years in transportation planning, including experience with software, load optimization tools, traffic exchange, and/or load boards. 3PL or transportation brokerage experience is desirable.

High School diploma required, with some college preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based software, with preferred knowledge of ERP and TMS tools is nice to have (SAP)

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative analytical skills, coupled with excellent communication and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks independently, adapt to flexible hours, and possess knowledge of transportation industry standards.
Your Compensation
This position will be within the range of $19.75/hr -$39.42/hr, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 5% compensation.
