Paint Line Job

AGCO, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of agricultural solutions, has an exciting career opportunity in the Paint Department in Beloit, KS. This position, under general supervision, performs duties related to the loading, painting and labeling of agricultural equipment.



All Areas:

  • Maintain a neat, clean and organized work area.
  • Work according to all company safety rules and regulations.
  • Participate and contribute in a team environment in an effort to reduce costs, improve quality and help promote other company objectives.
  • Must be quality conscious and check parts and/or completed product for imperfections.
  • Versatile and willing to be cross-trained in all aspects of Paint line duties.


Loading Parts

  • Responsible for safely loading and unloading the product on the paint line conveyor system
  • Responsible for quality inspection of the products


Primer and Paint Booth Station:

  • Responsible for preparing product for initial and final coats of paint. Ensuring that finish paint coverage meets industry standards.


Off Loading Parts:

  • Responsible for removing product from moving conveyor transferring to baskets/pallets. As appropriate the parts are labeled for final distribution in the plant.



  • Responsible for applying appropriate decals to painted parts.


Material Movement:

  • Trained employees are forklift certified and move parts and stack frames as needed.



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Forklift and overhead hoist experience is preferred

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Must wear the proper personal protective equipment (PPE): Steel-toed boots, protective eyewear, hearing protection, hard hat, hand protection, and respirator approved.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Withstand environmental temperatures working inside and outside.
