We are seeking a skilled and proactive SAP Business Analyst specializing in SAP Variant Configuration to join our dynamic team. This role requires in-depth functional and system design expertise, as well as the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives within complex manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate is a collaborative partner to both IT and business teams, passionate about delivering value-added solutions and eager to contribute to large-scale digital transformation projects 

 
Your Impact 

• Lead and participate in SAP implementation projects focused on Variant Configuration, particularly in discrete industries such as Automotive or Heavy Equipment manufacturing. 

• Facilitate integration scenarios, including the critical interfaces between Configure Price Quote (CPQ) applications and SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, to support end-to-end process automation. 

• Support functional configuration, system design, and integration for assigned SAP modules, ensuring seamless operations and alignment with business objectives. 

• Develop comprehensive use cases and test scripts; coordinate and lead the execution of system and user acceptance testing, thoroughly documenting results and managing issue resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. 

• Document solution designs, deployment processes, and cross-module interactions, fostering knowledge transfer and support readiness. Influence and guide diverse teams through complex and rapidly changing environments, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP, with strong functional configuration and system design skills with Variant Configuration and related modules. 

• Demonstrated participation in at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementation projects within the discrete manufacturing sector (Automotive, Heavy Equipment, etc.). 

• Experience in integrating Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) modules, enabling seamless quote-to-order business processes. 

• Understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and experience with integrations, such as Windchill, is highly desirable. Proven ability to develop detailed use cases, author test scripts, and lead the execution of tests, ensuring rigorous documentation and follow-up.
