Who We Are Looking For:

 

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of  Human Resources Business Partner.

The Human Resources Business partner plays a pivotal role in leading HR service delivery provides leadership and HR support to all aspects in AGCO India Operations. The HRBP will be responsible to provide effective HR solution to the business bycoordinating with both Regional and Global CoE's and stakeholders. Whilst the role will oversee all HR delivery such as payroll, recruitment, on-boarding etc. there will be particular role emphasis on talent management, training & development, employee engagement and retention.

 

 

What You Will Do:

 

  • Talent Acquisition: Support talent acquisition strategy and process
  • Build a credible, professional relationship with the key functional stakeholders and be a trusted advisor on a broad range of HR topics, in particular on talent management matters, to ensure best practice and correct legislation is applied.
  • Seek ways to strengthen our market positioning , employer brand and EVP
  • Coach and advise people managers on HR processes and policies
  • Support the local implementation of global training programs
  • Collaborate with functional leads and managers to identify key talents (HIPO’s) and  ensure succession planning and talent review process is completed on time.
  • Activities to include the facilitation of talent review and succession plan calibration meetings. Partner with L&D to define and promote career paths and development tools.
  • Manage, drive and optimize local HR processes and policies (e.g. onboarding, payroll, compensation & benefits).Manage HR communications to the site and remote managers, developing opportunities to further increase levels of employee engagement eg regular All Hands, focus groups, email communication and engagement calendars
  • Employee Engagement: Address activities to improve employee satisfaction/ recognition
  • Manage Performance: Facilitate the engagement of managers in the annual performance management process
  • Employee reward and discipline: Facilitate the employee reward process, deal with employee issues
  • Comply with company EHS rules and regulations
  • Other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager

 

 

What You Will Bring:

 

  • Undergraduate degree required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA or advanced degree in a behavioral field) preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of broadening assignments and experience. A minimum of 5 years as an HR generalist at a Multinational Company. Must have manufacturing HR experience.
  • Local language and English fluency.
