We are looking for a highly skilled Identity and Access Management (IAM) expert to lead IAM initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with ForgeRock, Ping Identity Suite, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and Microsoft Azure AD B2C. This role requires a technical leader who is willing to dive into details, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver secure, scalable IAM solutions.   

 
Your Impact

IAM Architecture & Implementation    

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using ForgeRock (IDM, AM, DS), Ping Identity Suite, and SailPoint IdentityIQ.   

• Configure and manage Microsoft Azure AD B2C for identity federation and customer identity management.   

Leadership & Collaboration    

• Lead IAM projects and mentor team members on best practices and technical solutions. Collaborate with security, application, and infrastructure teams to integrate IAM solutions.   

Operations & Optimization    

• Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of IAM platforms. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning.   

Compliance & Security    

• Implement policies and controls to meet regulatory and organizational security standards. Stay updated on IAM trends and emerging technologies. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.   

• 7+ years in IAM roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.   

• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock (IDM, AM, DS), Ping Identity Suite, SailPoint IdentityIQ, and Azure AD B2C.   

• Strong knowledge of identity federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).   

• Expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, and directory services. Proficiency in scripting (Java, Groovy, PowerShell) for automation and customization.
