AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of IT GRC Analyst II.

 

The IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Analyst (GRC Analyst) works with Global Compliance leadership to oversee AGCO’s IT governance and compliance requirements, objectives, and obligations mandated by standards and regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX 404), ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-53, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and Global Privacy Laws. The GRC Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, executing, and testing IT controls per industry standards and best practices. In addition to supporting internal and external audit activities, the GRC Analyst assesses and validates the compliance program by monitoring progress, identifying non-compliant areas, and guiding resolution of outstanding issues that may lead to non-compliance.    

 

Your Impact

  • Support the ongoing management and operations of the IT GRC program.
  • Connect with control owners to design, implement, and maintain IT controls on application, hardware, and database layers to ensure their operational effectiveness and mitigate risk.
  • Perform interviews, evaluate the effectiveness of internal control compliance, provide feedback on best practice and evidentiary requirements, and recommend action plans to remediate non-compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support evidence collection and finding reporting, tracking and remediation.
  • Produce and manage key IT GRC program metrics and reporting.
  • Identify and propose solutions for process improvements and automation within the IT GRC program.
  • Support internal team applications, processes, and controls.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Industry related Associate of Science or Arts with 5+ years of IT compliance or audit roles, with a focus on implementing new controls, new processes and supporting internal and external audit activities
  • General understanding of security standards and frameworks (i.e., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, SOC2, etc., NIST CSF, NIST 800-53)
  • General understanding of regulations (i.e., SOX 404, GDPR, LGPD)
  • Information security industry recognized certification(s) preferred (i.e., CISA, GSEC, CISSP, CRISC)
  • Experience using ServiceNow (Policy and Compliance, IRM) preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to translate technology and operational controls and risks to all levels of the business.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests in a result-oriented organization.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to establish strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in speaking and writing English
