Who We Are Looking For:


AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Marketing Campaign Specialist.


This role is to support the strategic marketing and GAGP initiatives for the APA region. This position will be a tactical marketing resource for the APA central parts marketing team to coordinate and support marketing activities to support Core and Complementary parts growth. The role will coordinate dealer communications such as quarterly updates and monthly sub-regional updates, marketing campaign reporting, assisting with marketing analysis and marketing campaigns and promotions in conjunction with regional teams and project leads. This role will also support the daily activities of the APA central marketing team. Familiarity with a range of digital platforms including Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager and social media management platforms will be an advantage, as will the ability to communicate confidently and to create engaging slide decks to communicate key regional business initiatives with stakeholders. The successful applicant will be resourcesfull and deadline focused with strong project management ability. They will have strong organisational skills, be self motivated and able to work as a valued part of a team.


What You Will Do:


  • Monthly Dealer Email Communications by Sub-Region
  • Copywriting of internal communications
  • Coordinating and Creating Quarterly Dealer Slide Deck Presentations 
  • Marketing campaign reporting and monthly GAGP sales reporting 
  • Assisting with marketing analysis and tender proposal comparisons 
  • Assisting the APA central marketing team with marketing campaigns & promotions
  • Coordinating marketing projects to ensure ontime delivery of projects


What You Will Bring:


  • Relevant Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications
  • 2-5 years of relevant business experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in a communications, marketing or digital marketing 
  • Knowledge of graphic design principles & communication principles.
  • Experience with CMS and managing website content on multiple sites.
  • Experience creating social media content and managing communities
  • Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude as well as the ability to interact with IT departments and any level of management  
  • Effective Interpersonal and communication skills
