AGCO is seeking a highly skilled Specialist III, Strategic Marketing is responsible for developing market insights and strategic recommendations that support business growth, market expansion, customer acquisition, and competitive positioning. This role conducts market and competitive analysis, evaluates emerging trends and opportunities, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives.

Your Impact 

• Conduct market, customer, channel, and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and potential business risks.
• Develop market assessments, customer segmentation frameworks, and business cases to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor market share dynamics, customer behavior, competitive activities, industry developments, and regulatory factors that may impact business performance.
• Translate internal and external data into actionable recommendations for marketing, product, sales, and business leadership teams.
• Support the development and execution of market development strategies, go-to-market initiatives, and growth plans aligned with organizational objectives.

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Demonstrated knowledge of strategic marketing, market analysis, business planning, and competitive intelligence.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience synthesizing complex data from multiple sources into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally in matrix environments.
