AGCO is seeking a highly skilled Delivery Manager to lead the execution of data‑driven initiatives within the AI & DataOps Department. This role is pivotal in driving the creation of scalable data products, ensuring seamless delivery of complex data platform projects, and enabling the organization’s vision of becoming a truly data‑driven enterprise.

Your Impact 

• FinOps Management: Drive financial accountability by monitoring cloud spend, optimizing resource utilization, and embedding cost visibility into dashboards and reporting.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers.
• AI & DataOps Enablement: Partner with technical teams to embed automation, CI/CD pipelines, and AI‑driven efficiencies into delivery processes.
• Data Product Delivery: Lead the design, development, and delivery of reusable, enterprise‑grade data products that serve diverse business needs.
• Project Management: Define project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful execution of data platform migrations, refactoring, and modernization initiatives.

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Proven experience in data delivery, AI and DataOPs and cloud based data platforms with minimum 5 years of experience in data management and project delivery
• Strong understanding of DataOps principles, AI adoption strategies, and modern data architecture.
• Hands‑on expertise with cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, Databricks, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in data management tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, ETL processes), and familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Experience in implementing FinOps frameworks and optimizing cloud costs.
