The department's core objective is to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions that support AGCO’s business processes and digital transformation initiatives. It contributes by delivering scalable CRM capabilities, improving customer engagement, streamlining operations, and enabling business growth through Salesforce technology. The department works closely with Business Teams, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Operations teams. It receives business requirements from stakeholders (upstream) and delivers Salesforce applications, integrations, and automation solutions that support sales, service, marketing, and other business functions (downstream)

Your Impact

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Should have sound knowledge of REST API integration

• Implement solution designs and configurations based on business requirements. Sound knowledge of Service Cloud domain 

• Build and support integration between Salesforce and other systems.

• Create technical documentation, specifications, and test artifacts.

• Follow change management, coding standards, and best practices. Should have working knowledge of Copado deployment.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Computer, IT or a related field. 6+ years of Salesforce Development experience. 
• Strong expertise in Apex and Asynchronous Apex. 
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC). 
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs. 
• Should have working knowledge of Copado deployment.
