As a member of the Massey Ferguson Marketing team for Europe and the Middle East (EME), you will drive distribution performance and contribute to the development of the MF business across the region.
Your Impact
- You develop and execute market strategies to achieve market share, volume, and margin objectives
- You define and drive the Go-To-Market strategy in collaboration with Distribution Management and leadership
- You implement and monitor Dealer Business Plans to enhance market coverage and conversion
- You analyze and optimize sales performance, dealer inventory, and business metrics
- You create and deliver strategic reports to leadership for informed decision-making
- You collaborate with marketing to define and execute strategic and tactical actions
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Agriculture or similar; Master’s degree is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in a B2B business in a multinational company in the AG/Construction industry
- Fluency in English
