HR Business Partner

 

Job Summary:

The position will act as an energetic and experienced business partner, supporting the Italian legal entities AGCO SpA and AGCO Italia SpA in Breganze (Vicenza), for a population of 270 salaried out of a total number 1000 employees. Working in a fast-paced, matrix-structure organization and in collaboration with EME HR team and HR Shared Service Team, the individual will be a true generalist covering all facets of HR.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide HR guidance when appropriate to employees and managers.
  • Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
  • Manage the lifecycle of the employees from sourcing to off boarding
  • Produce and archive letters of employment, promotions , salary/retention plans
  • Provide guidance and support on workforce planning and succession planning
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals
  • Assist employees with international assignments and related HR matters
  • Take the ownership for the local delivery of Corporate initiatives
  • Take part of regional calls with EME Talent Management team
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Career and People Development)
  • Serve as AGCO cultural ambassador to site leadership team and colleagues: exhibit ethic principles and Company core values and infuses into local site culture

 

A Plus If You Have:

Work experience in an international, matrix-structure company is a plus

 

What You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as HRBP or HR Manager
  • fluent in Italian and English
  • Previous experience within manufacturing industry
  • Strong in implementation and delivery of projects

 

Who you are

  • Experience in managing change (both business transformational and technological)
  • Good leadership skills, with supportive/consultative/coaching approach, influencing others
  • Very solid knowledge of MS-Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and HR tools (LMS, HRIS, e-Recruitment)
