As Procurement Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving strategic sourcing initiatives, optimizing supplier performance, and leading a high-performing team of Category Buyers. You will be instrumental in turning category strategies into tangible results—unlocking cost efficiencies, boosting procurement agility, and ensuring operational excellence on a global or regional scale.
In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain to align procurement strategies with business priorities. You’ll build strong supplier partnerships, lead change, and champion continuous improvement—making a measurable impact on the company’s success.
Your Impact

Translates category strategies into actionable sourcing plans, ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and alignment with quality and delivery objectives.

Actively manages key supplier relationships, handles escalations, monitors risk, and implements mitigation plans to ensure continuity and performance.

Leads and develops a team of Commodity Buyers, fostering a results-oriented culture focused on execution and continuous improvement.

Leverages data and procurement KPIs to drive informed sourcing decisions, track savings, and ensure transparency in performance reporting.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to support innovation, cost-reduction initiatives, and the integration of procurement strategy into core business projects.
Your Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.

5+ years in procurement or sourcing, ideally within a global manufacturing environment.

Proven experience in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost-saving initiatives.

Skilled in leading procurement teams and driving operations at regional or global levels.

Strong analytical ability using procurement data, spend analysis, and digital tools (SAP preferred).

Effective collaborator across functions, with expertise in risk management and compliance.
