This senior role is the harvesting competence multiplier for the EME region. You lead the professional guidance of Product Experts across all Sales Clusters, build capabilities with a focus on Sales Teams, and create a strong alliance with the Marketing Product Value Stream (PVS) Gold. Your mission is to elevate, standardize, and scale knowledge on combines across markets, with Smart Farming basics embedded in every activity.     ​ ​ 

Your Impact 

• Guide Harvesting Product Experts and sales teams through structured training (onboarding to advanced), mentoring, certification, and consistent “Gold” standard practices.  

• Partner with Marketing (PVS Gold) to develop harvesting training playbooks, value messaging, demos, and ensure strong feedback loops with field, marketing, and engineering.  

• Deliver hands-on combine training and optimization (including Breganze, Italy) and in-country programs with focus on safety, localization, and repeatable excellence.  

• Support key deals, demos, and proof-of-performance events while aligning with Sales, Product, Aftersales, factory, and dealer teams for effective execution.  

• Build knowledge assets, integrate Smart Farming basics, capture field insights, and drive product improvements and best-practice standardization. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering nice to have, Agri-technology or comparable technical background; solid understanding of harvesting systems.  

• 3+ years of experience with combines and harvesting operations; proven hands-on setup and optimization expertise.  

• Proven track record leading or coaching technical/sales enablement teams across countries; strong facilitation skills.  

• Working knowledge of Smart Farming basics: guidance, connectivity/telematics, data management/documentation, and automation features. Business fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.  

• High degree of self-initiative, structured problem solving, and customer orientation. Willingness to travel 50–70% across EME, including Breganze. Valid tractor/heavy-vehicle driving licenses (or willingness to obtain).
