JOB SUMMARY

Technical Support Specialist role is dedicated to provide  2nd level field/office based technical support to ASM, FST and dealers, feeding the factory and sharing the product information and the product evolution through regular staff meeting.
 

JOB RESPONSABILITIES

- to provide 2nd level office/field based technical support as part of the core Technical Support Team
- to take an active part in the Technical support group whilst territory based (telephone and SF responsibilities)
- to assist and monitor technical issue resolution provided by the dealer network and AGCO personnel in the EME country.
- to provide an interface between  AGCO perso- nnel in the EME country and factory
- to provide technical subject expert knowledge for dealer standards, i.e. training and tooling needs. 
- to ensure that all AGCO core or branded products are supported technically with superior customer service.
- to conduct technical training, if required
Drive the completion of new machine end of harvest inspections.
- to participate to the product concern resolution (PCR) process

 

QUALIFICATIONS

- business esxperience 2-5 years

- preferible a comprehensive technical knowledge of AGCO products and of mechanical/electrical system
- experience in service/parts management methods
- good knowledge of mechanized agriculture and land preparation techniques
- good interpersonal skills and commercial awareness
- experience in farm machinery dealer network
- high level PC expertise
- ability to communicate at all levels
