The After Sales Specialist is responsible for managing and growing the revenue generated from an existing portfolio of small customers. The primary objective is to reactivate customers, increase sales, and maximize customer retention through frequent and proactive communication, as well as the effective use of sales tools and CRM systems.
Your Impact:
- Sales and customer development : Manage a portfolio of existing small customers and actively develop their turnover to make them become medium-sized or even key customers. These customers will remain within the inside sales rep portfolio to reward them. Reactivate customer interest through frequent outbound contacts via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Promote business services, trading conditions, seasonal offers, discount structures, and bonus systems. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing customer base. Perform sales actions by using call scripts and sales guidelines defined. Meet or exceed individual sales and activity goals
- Communication and customer relationship management Maintain regular contact with customers to keep them informed about new offers and services. Build long-lasting relationships with customers through a proactive, professional, and solution-oriented approach. Ensure constant follow-up on business discussions and customer requests.
- CRM and sales tools : Use the CRM system daily to plan, monitor and optimize sales actions. Accurately update customer contact data, call reports, opportunities, and actions in the CRM. Ensure data quality to support effective sales campaigns and reporting. Follow internal processes and sales workflows
- Customer support (secondary responsibility): Provide first-level technical advice related to products or services to assigned customers. Assist customers with online processes, such as order tracking and online returns. Acting as a liaison with internal departments when higher-level intervention is needed. Maintain a strong service-oriented mindset while maintaining a clear focus on selling.
- Training and development : Participate in structured product and software/CRM training. Apply sales scripts, tools, and best practices provided by internal sales management. Constantly develop product knowledge and sales skills.
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, commercial support, and account management, contributing to customer retention and business growth.
- Leveraged CRM systems and Microsoft 365 tools to efficiently track customer interactions, manage sales activities, and identify business development opportunities.
- Conducted high-volume customer engagement via phone and email, delivering exceptional service while promoting products and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Demonstrated a strong commercial mindset by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, contributing to increased sales performance and customer loyalty.
- Prioritized and managed multiple customer accounts effectively, balancing sales targets with service excellence through strong organizational and communication skills in Italian and English (Nice to have).

Your Workplace:
You will work onsite at our Breganze site 5 days per week during the onboarding period. After onboarding, you will be eligible for 1 day of smart working per week.

Compensation
Applicable salary range: €22k - €35k gross annual salary
The compensation range specified in this job posting represents an indicative range for the role. Final remuneration will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
