We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Supply Chain Engineering who possesses the rare combination of operational grit and technical sophistication. 

In this role, you will be the bridge between our global supply chain planning & operations organization and internal as well as external stakeholders in a global environment. You will drive cross-functional alignment and develop our organization, implement IT systems, improve processes and overall infrastructure. You won't just track timelines; you will diagnose systemic issues, architect solutions, and lead the charge on implementation. We are looking for a "system thinker" who can turn challenges into solutiosn, and deliver it end-to-end. 

Your Impact: 

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead critical supply chain projects from concept to go-live. You will be responsible for scope, budget, timeline, and value realization. 

• Systems Engineering & IT Integration: Act as the translator between Operations and IT. You must understand data flows, ERP logic, and have an interest for new technologies to ensure business requirements are technically feasible. 

• Complex Problem Solving & Solution Design: Apply Systems Thinking to optimize the entire value chain. You will look beyond local optimization to ensure changes in one area do not negatively impact another. 

• Change Management & Stakeholder Alignment: Manage a diverse matrix of stakeholders, from warehouse floor managers to executives and external vendors. 

Your Experience and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related (or equivalent experience) 

• Proven experience with project management methodologies applied in a supply chain environment 

• 6-8+ years delivering cross‑functional supply chain programs spanning planning and logistics; multi‑site/global exposure. Ideally consulting background, with track record of successful process / system implementation 

• Deep experience with supply chain systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis) or complex proprietary platforms and do not shy away from new technologies such as AI & Automation. Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI) is highly valued.  

• Excellent English (written and verbal)
