The Supplier Quality Engineer will be supporting assigned suppliers to meet and/or exceed AGCO quality performance standards and their customer's product quality expectations by investigating, analyzing, and resolving supplier quality problems. This position leads in all supplier qualification endeavors including on-site supplier quality audits and supplier technical reviews. The Supplier Quality Engineer will also drive systematic APQP in the NPI phase to meet and/or exceed Supplier PPAP "Right First Time" targets. The candidate will mainly be responsible for different commodities.
Your Impact:
- Champion problem solving and root cause analysis activities with suppliers to avoid repeat failures
- Drive systematic APQP for NPI part development and exceed Supplier PPAP "Right First Time" targets
- Continuously monitor and improve supplier quality performance (NCR, PPM, RFT)
- Lead supplier qualification and approval, including on-site audits and technical reviews
- Work with Technical Service and Supplier Recovery team to eliminate warranty failures
Your Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/Electronic or Chemical/Plastic preferred
- 4-8 Years of Business Experience Required
- Technical experience in one of the following commodities: Electrical/Electronic, Plastic/Rubber, Hydraulics, Metal Fab and manufacturing processes, Familiarity with quality assurance and measurement techniques
- Experience in driving cross-functional business processes and leading supply chain quality improvement efforts, Must have advance English communication skills
- Ability to work in a diverse multi-cultural team environment

Compensation
Applicable salary range: €35k – €54k gross annual salary
The compensation range specified in this job posting represents an indicative range for the role. Final remuneration will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, in compliance with applicable EU pay transparency and pay equity regulations.
