The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) department plays a critical and strategic role in any organization by focusing on protecting people, the environment, and the company's assets. It's about much more than just compliance; it's about fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and well-being. 

 

Your Impact

  • An Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist ensures regulatory compliance and workplace safety by developing policies, conducting audits, investigating incidents, and training staff. Key duties include managing hazardous materials, performing risk assessments, and maintaining safety records to prevent accidents and meet environmental standards. 

  • implementing and maintaining comprehensive health & safety programs or projects to ensure regulatory compliance and company strategies on health & safety; 

  • minimize risks by being part of risk’s assessments. 

  • promote a culture of health & safety responsibility within the organization by being part of employee’s training.  

  • Ratio working activity 70% safety – 30% health.

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • A master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental, Sustainability).  

  • 5/7 + years’ experience in a manufacturing industry where specialized knowledge of safety and environmental regulations is beneficial.  

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and managing cross-functional teams.
