The Technical Assistant supports the Vice President Manufacturing Global Harvesting by coordinating crossfunctional activities, managing global and plantlevel projects, and providing strategic, analytical, and operational support. The role drives project governance, prepares decision-making materials, analyzes manufacturing processes across sites, and ensures effective communication and alignment among international stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement and strategic development of the Harvesting manufacturing network.       

 

Your Impact 

  • Manage global initiatives using standardized plans, milestones, risk logs, and reporting; lead cross-functional coordination; prepare charters, KPIs, dashboards; facilitate meetings and ensure documentation, tracking, and standardization. 

  • Assist leadership in plant network strategy; consolidate performance data; prepare executive presentations, decision papers, and analyses; organize key reviews, workshops, and executive visits. 

  • Support CI initiatives by coordinating workshops, tracking benefits, and consolidating inputs; drive digital manufacturing adoption through training, communication, and progress tracking. 

  • Develop structured reports and updates; ensure alignment across global stakeholders; foster collaboration through clear communication, follow-ups, and transparency. 

  • Independently manage analytical workstreams, contribute to global teams, and support operational decision-making with data-driven insights. 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Economics, or similar fields. 

  • Experience or strong interest in Manufacturing, ideally in complex industrial/agricultural machinery environments. 

  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP/Prince2/Agile is a plus). 

  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and O365 collaboration tools. 

  • Excellent level of English. 

  • Availability for global travel.
