Scope

The key responsibility of the Technical Information Analyst will be to support and facilitate content creation including the authoring of technical information through provider partners. This will include collating and checking information from various stakeholders for sharing and delivery to the content creation provider. 

As mentioned above a large part of the role is working with the various stakeholders (Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, etc.) to gather and distribute information relevant to the production of technical information. 

Attention to detail is critical as the validity and completeness of this information is crucial to the effectiveness and success in this role.

Qualifications and Experience Levels:

• Good English skills (both written and spoken)
• Mechanical/ electronic/ hydraulic technical knowledge is desired.
• Technical bachelors preferred
