You are part of the training information and content development team that has the responsability to both technically train AGCO employees and create the technical training document. This position has an international dimension and will include worldwilde travels. You will be in charge of gold harvesting product, especially the combine harvester. - Writing/creating the technical training documents and performing training sessions. - You will have to work in close relationship with engineering department, product management service, marketing dept and technical documentation team to get information and material that will help you to build your training documents that you have to create - You will be responsible of your own training content project linked to a new product introduction. You will have to lead this project and insure an on-time delivery in respect of the AMPIP rules. - Organize and perform training sessions in your site's training centre or abroad will be one of your main task. - You will be responsible of your training document : you have to monitor the product evolution and regularly update your training document accordingly - You will have to maintain training room and training workshop in good condition to assure that training are delivered in a clean and organised area - You will have to create mock-up or subassembly that could be used during training session - You will act as a train-the-trainer to train our internal trainer and distributors (globally) - You could be asked to work with 3rd party companies as a subject matter expert

What You Will Bring

Experience in combine harvester product will be a huge plus

- Experience in technical training

- Very good technical ability in mechanic, hydraulic and electronic

- Good level of IT awareness

- English has to be spoken and written

- Good communication skills with ease to talk to an audience

- Available and able to travel worlwide
