The Shipping Specialist is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by performing critical activities after we sell products to deliver the product to farmers. This role will collaborate with Sales and Assembly functions to ensure a smooth and coordinated process.
Primary Responsibilities
- Stock bins with parts received from suppliers
- Understand sales orders, pick parts, and box them
- Label and ship the boxes through our UPS partner
- Maintain orders updated, solve problems, and coordinate the priorities with the sales team
- Occasionally, support with final assembly or supplier communication
- Count parts accurately and report completions using our ERP system
Required Skills/Experience
- High school diploma
- Must be able to write legibly and demonstrate good communication skills
- Must have basic math skills
- Must have basic computer skills
- Nice to have a basic understanding of sales orders and the ability to complete order fulfillment

The employee is frequently required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel or crouch. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception—minimum lifting requirement of 50 lbs.
