The Accounts Payable team leader will be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable process from invoice processing to query resolution and payments with focus on all AGCO entities within one group of countries. Countries in the area of responsibility of the AP team leader need to be supported in local language when required and the team leader needs to ensure local legal and VAT requirements linked to the AP process are fulfilled. 

 

Your Impact: 

  • Processing and query resolution of the Accounts Payable function from start to finish, including payments. 

  • Timely Invoice processing within departmental Service Level Agreements (SLA), query Handling within SLA, significant reduction of the late payment interest fees and elimination of duplicate payments.  

  • Identification of process improvement opportunities and development of action plans to resolve/implement the most efficient process, including the elimination of non/low value added activity  

  • Management and development of team members and Manage the monthly closing and ensure accuracy of financial statements and control compliance.  

  • 1st point of contact for management in case of escalations, audit requests, both external and internal 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance   

  • 2-5 years working experience as an accounts payable analyst
