AP analyst - German speaking

​​Preparation of invoices for input into Payables system and processing invoices Matching invoices to Purchase Orders and entering, coding non-PO invoices using the Open text Vendor invoice Management system  

  • ​Supplier statement reconciliations   

  • ​Supplier query resolution.​ 

 

Your Impact 

  • Responsibility for the payable's ledger: accurate and timely entries in the payable's ledger, month end reconciliation of the payable's ledgers. 

  • Ensure all vendors are paid in line with contractual terms and follow-up and resolve vendor queries.  

  • The work will involve resolving matters that produce matching problems, coding accuracy, rejecting non-compliant invoices, payment problems etc.  

  • Problem solving skills required for managing the AP processes for the supported countries. TAT of invoice processing.  

  • Accuracy of invoice processing, accuracy of the payable ledger. AP accounts for timely reconciliation. Early settlement discount achieved. In general processing 100-120 invoices or 20-40 queries (internal/external) a day  

  • Being flexible, supportive - to ensure smooth transition to BUD 

 

 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance 

  • 1-3 years working experience as an accounts payable analyst  

  • Fluency in German is necessary

​​AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
