The Associate Digital PM is a vital part of the PM team by supporting the complete digital product lifecycle in activities such as understanding requirements, refinement, work item creation, testing, demos, stakeholder communication and feedback to product strategy.
Associate PMs support (Senior) PMs in realizing initiatives with high complexity and may take full ownership for small to medium sized initiatives .
Your Impact:

Product scope: Customer and Dealer new machine configurator, related web and mobile applications.

Support product discovery and refinement of requirements by understanding customer and business needs

Create and manage work items such as features and user stories in Azure DevOps
-
Contribute to additional phases of the product lifecycle, e.g. by supporting the testing team for new releases, coordinate business demos for new functionality and tracking of KPIs (Google Analytics, Tableau)

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Technical Product Owners and further teams. Support the communication of product strategy, planning and delivery to key stakeholders e.g. brand business owners
Your Experience and Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a related role.

Demonstrated knowledge of Agile development practices is a plus.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proven ability to work effectively within diverse, international teams.

Collaborative mindset with a strong team-oriented approach.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
