BI Developer / Agile Reporting Engineer (Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx)

​​We are seeking an experienced person in ‘BI Developer II’ position to join our team and drive the successful delivery of BI solutions. The ideal candidate will have some level experience in Business Analysis (BA) and Data Engineering (DE), along with proven experience in managing BI projects and team(s). This role involves overseeing the BI delivery process, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering a collaborative environment for the team. 
The person in this position will work very closely with various stakeholders to understand requirements and source datasets to lead, design and deploy effective data visualization and storytelling techniques to generate insights from data.     ​ 

Your Impact 

• Lead the BI delivery projects in the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence solutions that meet organizational needs.  

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into actionable project plans and technical specifications.  

• Mentor and review team members performance, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the BI delivery and operations team.  

• Assist the BI Delivery Manager in project planning, resource allocation, and strategic decision-making to enhance overall BI delivery effectiveness. This includes supporting LT in retrieving information requested with documentation.  

• Oversee project timelines, and deliverables, ensuring that BI projects are completed on time. Assess feasibility of reporting use cases for new projects and initiatives 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.  

• 5+ years of experience of building complex dashboards and advanced data visualization apps like Tableau. 5+ years of experience with stakeholder management and requirements gathering.  

• Previous experience in Business Analysis, with the ability to understand and explain business processes and requirements.  

• Previous experience in Data Engineering, including experience with SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Proven experience in managing BI projects and team(s)  

• Experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud-based solutions (e.g., Tableau Cloud, AWS, etc.).

​​AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
