This role owns the USD 180M Income Statement for AGCO’s Harvesting  Business across Europe. Lead monthly close, forecasting, annual planning, and outlooks. Deliver sharp variance analysis (price, mix, volume, cost, FX) with narrative that moves leaders from insight to action. Establish forward-looking risks & opportunities and recommend mitigation or acceleration plans. You will partner across brands and functions—Manufacturing, Commercial, Pricing, and Product—to translate complex data into clear insights, influence decisions, and drive proactive recommendations that improve margin, price realization, and profitable growth. The work spans manufacturing finance, sales analytics, and pricing strategy for high technology balers, forage harvesters, and hay equipment. 

Your Impact: 

• Business partner with plant/operations teams on standard costing, production variances, scrap, absorption, and inventory valuation. Challenge and support productivity, footprint, and make/partner decisions with quantified financial scenarios. Track cost out initiatives; validate benefits and ensure alignment to P&L.  
• Lead pricing and discount analytics (list/net price, deal margins, waterfall analysis); quantify price realization by model/region/channel. Partner with Sales, Product, and Brand teams on configuration profitability, promotions, and strategic bids; set guardrails that protect margin. Monitor competitive dynamics and provide actionable recommendations to maintain price discipline.  
• Build model/feature level profitability views; advise on portfolio simplification and value-based pricing. Design executive ready dashboards and storyboards that highlight trends, priorities, and decisions required. Leverage ERP/BI platforms (e.g., SAP and modern analytics tools) to improve data quality and cycle times.  
• Ensure integrity of financials and compliance with policies/controls; partner with Accounting and Audit as needed. Standardize processes across sites/brands to increase transparency and speed.  
• Influence senior stakeholders; drive consensus using crisp narratives and quantified options. Coach peers and business partners on finance concepts and metrics raise the bar on data driven decision making. 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Finance/FP&A, Controlling, or Pricing analytics.  
• Strong grounding in manufacturing finance (costing, variances, inventory) and commercial finance (pricing, margin analysis).  
• Advanced Excel/analytics skills; proficiency with ERP and BI tools (experience with SAP is a plus).    
• Excellent communication in English; ability to articulate data clearly and influence decisions.   
• German language is an advantage.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
