The Business Integration Analyst is responsible for the CoE team`s EDI portfolio management by supporting activities such as:
New vendor onboarding Testing Failed IDOC follow up Root cause analysis for errors in the process Reporting
Your Impact:
- Support CoE leads in SAP Security admin activities
- Support SoD Audit 2x a year
- Support on access development and testing
- Regular follow-up on business related data based on iDoc monitoring and working together with business site contacts and IT technical team in order to resolve the issues
- Audit deficiencies Not resolved EDI error messages
Your Experience and Qualification:
- Minimum qualificationsCommercial degree/IT degree/Business Management degree
- 2+ years professional experience (preferably IT or Finance business related) 1+ year experience in any of SAP modules as Super user (FI/SD/MM/PP) or 1+ year experience as super user for EDI and SAP
- Advanced Excel skills (functions, pivot tables, basic macros) Experience in any internal or external audit is preferred Previous experience with SAP FI / SD / MM / PP or understanding of EDI and SAP
- Basic understanding of EDI setup and monitoring Able to gather information from local & partially global stakeholders to understand key issues and obstacles
- Excellent problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal skills in English Knowledge of user roles, business processes, audit practices

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
