The Buyer Fleet Specialist is responsible for ensuring the management of AGCO’s UK based fleet in the way it is procured, managed and maintained in such a manner as to support the car users both perk and job allocated efficiently. You will manage the external Fleet provider company, and the fleet budget and costs associated with the operation of the vehicle fleet and must be used to a fast-paced environment where you have to be organized with great multi-tasking capabilities
Your Impact

Responsible for managing the entire AGCO UK car fleet – approximately. 150 cars in scope. Oversee the policy related to the company car scheme for UK for all eligible AGCO UK employees

Be the first point of contact with external Fleet Management company for the UK. Support ad hoc fleet projects and/or other countries in AGCO’s EME region

Create and maintain fleet files, monitor fleet compliance issues, inspections, driver compliance and manage fleet safety programs for the UK. Ensure all vehicle maintenance checks are up to date including MOT’s, road tax

Management and monitoring of the distribution of fuel cards and reviewing costs. Working closely with other members of the Global Fleet team to identify and implement improvements within our fleet

Overseeing insurance policies for Company Fleet vehicles
Your Experience and Qualifications

2 years experience of Fleet management
-
Customer oriented mindset. Flexible approach to work, able to manage own priorities and workload

Able to operate at all levels of the organization including Senior Site Management in the UK and occasionally with other European sites

The credibility and influencing skills and strategies to be able to build buy-in to change
-
Liaison with government bodies as necessary.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
