As a regional Commercial Controller in AGCO’s Europe-Middle-East region, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing discount reserve structures across AGCO’s dealer network in Europe. This role is critical to ensuring commercial competitiveness while safeguarding margin integrity and compliance with corporate policies.
The Commercial Controller acts as the financial business partner for Sales & Marketing, ensuring transparency, control, and optimization of all discount related activities.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Pricing and Finance teams to support strategic discounting decisions and improve profitability
Your Impact:
- Carry out discounts reserves analysis by market and type of discount programs and review regional senior management
- Ensure alignment with corporate pricing policies and financial targets
- Monitor discount usage and identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement
- Enhance discount tracking and approval workflows
- Support automation and digitalization of discount management tools
- Support Marketing team as finance business partner in establishing and evaluating new discounts programs
Your Experience and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 4-5 years of experience in commercial finance/accounting, pricing or sales operations – preferably in a multinational B2B environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and functions High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus Willingness to travel across Europe (approx. 10%)

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
