The purpose of the Contract CPQ Specialist, Global Aftersales Parts, is to provide quality, dealer-facing information used to curate and quote service packages for farmers.  To accomplish this task, the incumbent will need to translate engineering and technical documentation into user-friendly data able to be consumed by dealers and farmers.     

  

All activities in which the incumbent is involved, a “Farmer First” mindset is to be displayed, resulting in finding solutions to problems and enhancements to processes & systems that result in the product a Farmer has purchased exceeding their expectations for quality and reliability.   

  

Significant effort and time commitment is required for building and sustaining strong working relationships across the regions, brands, and internal stakeholders. Strong ambassadorial skills and mindset are required to create a sustainable and effective working relationship to ensure the incumbent is effective in the execution of the role. 

  

Your Impact: 

  • Create and maintain service maintenance contract data utilized for scheduling service for the AGCO dealer network 

  • Adhere to the new product introduction schedule to support early order programs and delivering at the appropriate milestone within the project 

  • Develop Quick Reference Guides (QRG) for new product introductions. Support the dealer facing quoting tool, CPQ Services, that allows dealers to capture maintenance schedule quotes 

  • Ability to extract Bills of Materials (BOMs) from engineering systems. Ability to decipher technical documents related to product specs and validation plans 

  • Experience with PTC, CREO, or similar engineering systems. Proficiency with MS Office suite of tools 

  

Your Experience and Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or other technical discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product development, cross-functional project management, or engineering 

  • Proven leadership ability, with experience leading multi-functional teams. Leadership in the implementation of supporting technologies and relating business processes  

  • Experience with, or detailed understanding of agricultural, construction, or automotive equipment. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills required. 

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and team building skills. Extensive knowledge of business data management systems. 

  • Strong computer skills in a variety of Microsoft Office products, and specialized applications. Strong understanding of product structure and new model introduction process.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions.
