This position will assist the Lease Accounting Manager in the ongoing support of the new US GAAP standard on leases for the all regions, including the monitoring and maintenance of the Lease Accelerator system. This is a global corporate role with US GAAP Reporting.
Your Impact

Act as a primary contact for overall region for Lease related topics. Assist with the management of information required for the Lease standard on an ongoing basis

Primary responsibility to maintain and support the main ’Lease Accelerator’(LA) system to ensure it serves the requirements of not only finance teams, but also other parts of the business (i.e. procurement) - act as key point of contact for the regions and corporate teams

Generate and maintain monthly, Quarterly AD-Hoc reports for all regions regularly and Involving in Generating and Maintaining Corporate reports.

Responsible for the preparation of quarterly submissions for corporate reporting. Including the capital lease reporting and reconciliation, Contractual commitments reporting, through collection and verification of data from the sites.

Involvement in other ad-hoc projects as and when required
Your Experience and Qualifications

University Degree in Related Field (Finance/ Accounting) with Accounting Experience

2-3 years' Experience in Finance/Accounting

Strong organizational skills are necessary in this role.

It involves a lot of site coordination, follow up and monitoring of information and requirements.

It needs a methodical approach and attention to detail as well as good communication skills.
