The Digital Product Owner (PO) is one of the key operational roles within a digital technology team. The PO is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by the team and ensuring that the team backlog is aligned with customer and stakeholder needs. As a member of the extended Customer Digital Technology function, the PO is the team’s primary customer advocate and primary link to business and technology strategy. This enables the team to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders while continuously evolving the Solution.
Your Impact
- You represent stakeholder needs through stakeholder engagement and be the voice of the stakeholder throughout the development cycle
- You contribute to the vision and roadmap of the product(s) they support and own prioritization of product backlog to be continually aligned to business value as well the overall release plan
- You proactively manage stakeholder expectations and be a passionate advocate of the product roadmap
- You function as knowledge broker to resolve blockers
- You Own technical user story planning, writing and refinement and answer questions from administrators and developers to clarify requirements
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software experience
- Proven experience in delivering Salesforce solutions
- Proven experience of the Salesforce project lifecycle (e.g., design, build, test, deliver)
- Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe) is an advantage

GCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
