As an Export Coordinator you will be responsible for Record and follow the order process in SAP. Ensure prompt supply of products in line with customer expectations to Dealers and distributors. Ensure prompt shipment of products from plants to customers
Your Impact

Process orders in SAP and follow progress until invoicing

Allocate inventory or request build from appropriate supply source

To Process orders, liaise with Marketing, Finance, Source Factories of the Product, Transport Companies, Distributors, Dealers, colleagues of other regions

Reach monthly invoicing target and handle dealer enquiries. Organize and ensure delivery of finished goods

Book transport and packing department capacity. Organize and control documents needed per country; control goods location in systems. Control and process invoicing
Your Experience and Qualifications
-
Degree in International business or Transport/Logistics (Incoterms)

Strong knowledge of SAP, business and transportation

Fluency in English is required and Language skills enabling communication with non-English-speaking distributors (French is an advantage)

Strong communication skills, written and verbal. Well organized and rigorous

Ability to influence internal stakeholders across departments. Well-developed customer service skills; ability to listen and convince
