Finance Transformation and Reconciliation Manager

Budapest, Hungary

The Finance Transformation and Reconciliation Manager is part of R2R organization in Budapest SSC and 
acts as the main contact for transitional activities and also as the process owner of OneStream balance 
sheet reconciliation in EME region. Manages transition projects and provides reconciliation support for 
the finance teams in EME region.

What You Will Do:

• Manage and support finance transformation activities on the need basis. Ensure proper project 
planning, scoping, process mapping, knowledge transfers, training etc processes are in place.
• Maintaining OneStream Reconciliation module (new account setup, account grouping, access 
management etc.), acts as central administrator for the tool
• Stabilize and improve the reconciliation processes in EME region
• Supporting multiple teams on reconciliation tasks (help resolving reconciling items, clearing aged 
items etc.)
• Preparing reports for stakeholders, presenting and communicating status of projects
• Review reports, identify issues and errors, propose actions and adjustments
• Support internal and external audits, preparing PBC Lists
• Ensuring SOX policies and procedures are adhered to
• Contributing in continuous improvement culture within the organization
• Support and participate in ad-hoc projects

What You Will Bring:

• Understand the context between information coming from different sources
• Able to solve problems regarding reconciliations
• Also: able to effectively communicate and resolve issues
• Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting
• Min 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in SSC reporting / GL accounting area
• SAP experience
• Experience with any reconciliation or reporting tools
• Project management experience
• In-depth Excel knowledge
