As a Transactional Buyer Intern you will contribute to corporate Indirect Purchasing strategy by supporting internal customers, cooperating with different departments and operating the Procure2Pay process while mainly using Finnish language.

Your Impact:

• Process purchase requisition (SAP) and shopping carts (SRM) into purchase orders to channel operational business needs to suppliers.
• Invoices resolution to enable payment to suppliers before due date.
• Vendor change and registration creation tasks.

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Language knowledge: English and Finnish is a nice to have.
• Self-confident user to MS Office applications.
• Have ongoing university studies for at least 6 months.
• Able to work 25 hours per week.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
