General Administration & Communications Specialist has 3 major roles: plays a crucial role in BUD site communication – content creation for our internal platforms and coordinate site events, manage travel expenses and support invoice management. 

 

Your Impact: 

  • Site communication: Participate in the development of BUD's overall communication plan, including the definition of communication channels, the maintenance of a list of stakeholders, and so on, while adhering to corporate communications governance.  

  • Support the Internal Communication platform's day-to-day operations by gathering materials for posts, transcribing interviews, and performing other duties as assigned. Create and own communication content for Our Field BUD channel posts. Support event coordination for site Connection weeks (4times a year) 

  • Travel expense management: Use the Travel and Expense web based system and ensure queries are solved. Support employees and managers in travel expense questions. Accurate data and filing for specific reports and audit engagement. Assign System Administration to individuals as per request. Audit compliant and reconciliation of original receipt to the expense report.  

  • Follow up with the Users and Management for any discrepancies  

  • Invoice management: Check common mailbox for incoming invoices. Manage invoices – distribute, upload to relevant platforms (SAP, SharePiont, Excel), labelling and scanning. Perform other duties as assigned by the employer 

 

Your Experience and Qualification: 

  • Bachelor's degree in arts, Communication, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, or related fields. 

  • 2+ years of experience in similar role would be required 

  • Excellent oral and written communicational skills in English. Proficiency with Microsoft Software is required (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and etc.)  

  • Content creation for different levels of the organization. Ability to learn quickly. Ability to adapt to new situations and systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively  

  • Ability to prioritize among topics, keep hard deadlines. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive and solution-focused work style and attitude. Have good analytical and problem-solving skills

Your Workplace: 

This role follows AGCO’s onsite work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location for a minimum of 3 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork. 

 

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés, and shopping centers are also located around the office.
