We are looking for an Global Labor Relations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will directly support the Director of the Global Labor Relations and assist with the administrative tasks.

Your Impact:

• Support creation of global HR budget senior stakeholder reporting
• Create executive summary visuals of the financial reports
• Support maintaining dynamic budget, forecast and actuals analysis
• Support maintaining labor relations predictive analytics and future-ready workforce data
• Support creation of labor relations related playbooks

Your Experience and Qualifications:

• Speak English fluently.
• Have ongoing university studies for at least a year and able to work at least 30 hours per week onsite.
• Have great organization skills and pay attention to details.
• Can quickly and efficiently solve problems independently.
• Are confident in using Outlook, Excel,Word and Power Point
• Analytical skills
• Understanding data,
• Focus on accuracy of details, stakeholder excel,
• PowerBI,
• Usage of AI

Your Workplace

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
