Global Organizational Change Management Project Lead (fixed-term - 12 months)

Budapest, Hungary

(fully remote work option within Hungary available)

The key purpose of this position is to lead Organizational Change Management in OneDigital program or other programs / projects as agreed. The job holder creates and implements efficient change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. The job holder consults and collaborates with different stakeholders in different organization levels in business and IT. The job holder works also closely with project management to align the change strategy and plans. Key part of the role is secure the solution sustainability through super user networks.
 

Organizational Change Management Lead is responsible for developing, leading and executing different types of organizational change management activities like stakeholder analysis and management, change impact analysis and activities related, project communication, user roles and user readiness surveys according to AGCO change management approach and strategic guidelines. The work includes a lot of meeting organization and facilitation in English, and a strong proactive approach, self-initiative attitude, and capability to bring people together. The curiosity to learn new and actively seeking a new information is a pre-requisite.

What You Will Do:

• Act as global change lead in One Digital program or others as agreed.
• Develop and lead change impact analysis and readiness assessments. 
• Evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
• Develop actionable and targeted change management plans (e.g. change management strategy and plan, communication plan, change network and coaching plan). 
• Works actively on risks and resistance.
• Be an active and visible coach to executive leaders who are change sponsor. 
• Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual changes.
• Responsible of field team communication.
• Chair and lead digitalization super user communities in ONE Digital EME
• Effective collaboration with different stakeholders.
• Support in organizing change management training for project teams
• Change management approach development in Digitalization and other programs / projects
   

What You Will Bring:

• 3-5 years professional experience in organizational change management (e.g stakeholder analysis and management, change impact analysis, project communication, surveys) and IT system projects (e.g ERP implementation or digitalization)
• Very good understanding of organizational change management – tools and process, change management certification is a plus
• Commercial or psychological degree
• Strong presentation and meeting facilitation skills in English, and ability to bring people to together
• Computer skills: Strong Office skills (Powerpoint presentations, Excel, Word), in addition experience with surveys and sharepoint
• Business fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Flexibility with different time zones (mainly North America)
