The Global Strategy Analyst acts as a critical member of the Strategy and Transformation team. In this role, the GSA will support the strategic alignment and execution of global initiatives. The candidate will manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, project management and planning, project documentation and communication. They will need to be delivered on the specified time frame and expected quality.  

Your Impact: 

• Strategic Communication: Design and development of executive-level communication materials, presentations and project reviews  

• Data & Reporting: Gather and analyse datasets to support decisions, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders 

• Project Delivery: Identify and resolve obstacles to ensure projects are completed on time and in expected quality 

• Quality Assurance: Ensure global teams comply with internal and external quality standards. 

Your Experience and Qualifications: 

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. 

• Communication & Presentation: Excellent storyboarding and presentation skills for creating structured, executive-level presentations; strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and levels. 

• Technical & Analytical Skills: Problem-solving skills, attention to details, analytical approach.  

• Project Management & Organization: High initiative with strong organizational skills, proven aptitude for project management, and experience in project delivery. 

• Tools & Business Knowledge: Experience in data gathering from different sources for analytics, understanding of cross-functional processes, and familiarity with global decision-making structures.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
