The Global Strategy Analyst acts as a critical member of the Strategy and transformation team to assist in managing the systems/processes that support the overall global portfolio of projects  In this role, the GSA will support the strategic alignment and execution of global initiatives, including projects and programs. The candidate will manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects, project management and planning, project team and cross functional SME. They will need to be able to deliver on the specified time frame, financial implications and limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project.    

Your Impact: 

• Project Delivery: Identify and resolve obstacles to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. 

• Quality Assurance: Ensure global teams comply with internal and external quality standards. 

• Design of the executive materials and presentations   

• Portfolio Analysis: Create and monitor reports on portfolio performance, trends, and client comparisons; perform attribution and position monitoring. 

• Data & Reporting: Gather and analyze large datasets to support portfolio decisions, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports, and communicate insights to stakeholders. 

Your Experience and Qualifications :

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) with at least 3 years of relevant work experience. 

• Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and problem-solving abilities; capable of organizing and analyzing large datasets and ensuring accuracy. 

• Communication & Presentation: Excellent storyboarding and presentation skills for creating structured, executive-level presentations; strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and levels. 

• Project Management & Organization: High initiative with strong organizational skills, proven aptitude for project management, and experience in project delivery and portfolio management. 

• Tools & Business Knowledge: Proficiency in data gathering from AGCO sources for analytics, deep understanding of cross-functional processes, and familiarity with global decision-making structures.

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
