HR Business Partner (HRBP) partners with leaders across a defined area of the global Engineering organization to align people strategies with business objectives. This role supports the development and execution of workforce plans, talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness efforts, leadership development, and change management activities that drive business performance and enable future growth.

As a trusted advisor, the HRBP collaborates with leaders and HR partners across regions to address workforce challenges, strengthen organizational capability, and build high-performing teams. The role leverages data, insights, and business acumen to support strategic decision-making, talent planning, succession management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Success in this position requires learning agility, business curiosity, relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while proactively identifying solutions that support both current and future business needs.

Your Impact:

  • Partner with Engineering leaders as a trusted advisor to align people strategies with business goals, provide coaching, enhance leadership effectiveness, and drive strategic workforce initiatives.
  • Lead workforce planning and development efforts by identifying future talent needs, skill gaps, organizational risks, and implementing capability-building strategies that support long-term business objectives.
  • Drive talent management and leadership development through talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential employee development, performance management, retention initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and inclusion.
  • Support organizational effectiveness and change management by leading transformation initiatives, organizational design efforts, stakeholder engagement, change communications, and initiatives that improve collaboration, accountability, and team performance.
  • Lead HR projects and leverage workforce analytics to deliver integrated HR solutions, manage cross-functional initiatives, measure program effectiveness, and provide data-driven recommendations that improve workforce and organizational outcomes.

Your Experience and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience. Experience partnering with leaders on talent, workforce, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, or change initiatives.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead projects, support business-focused HR solutions, and influence outcomes across stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills. Ability to use data, workforce insights, and business context to support recommendations and decision making.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, collaborative, or cross-functional environment. Global or regional HR experience preferred. Advanced English communication skills required; additional languages are a plus.

Your Workplace:

This role follows AGCO’s onsite work model, with employees primarily working from an AGCO location for a minimum of 4 days per week to support collaboration and teamwork.

We value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers. Through our recruitment efforts, we are committed to building a team that includes a variety of experiences, backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives.
