The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as the go-to partner for the management of HR signature programs tailored to regional stakeholders. The core mission is to help the organization realize value from its people by coaching people managers, supporting the development of functional Strategic Workforce Plans, and driving effective Talent Management practices.
Your Impact:

Coach people managers to develop high-potential talent and support the development of functional Strategic Workforce Plans.

Drive effective Talent Management practices by helping to attract, retain, and develop the best talent. Execute corrective action by determining development action plans and managing workforce succession plans.

Promote efficient workforce administration to ensure smooth general people management. Change Management: Lead change management activities and organizational strategy for facilitating model adoption and resilience.

Process Management: Participate in planning and developing process improvements, govern the process, and hold others accountable to follow the process

Collaborate with Strategic HRBPs, Business Leaders, Country/Regional MyHR Business Partners, and CoE’s.
Your Experience and Qualification:
-
Maintains industry perspectives at a global level – uses regional nuances (e.g., regional trends) to anticipate trends and link people to value creation

Proven track record as HRBP working across different European countries with a robust understanding of the complexities of unionized legal entities. (Preferably France, Italy, Finland, Germany). Understanding of all relevant HR services

Exhibits logical thinking and problem-solving to address concerns. Familiar with informed and lean decision-making

Ability to navigate the organization at both a local and global level to collaborate with diverse stakeholders

Skilled at managing signature HR programs and defining success metrics. Creative vision for tailoring HR solutions to specific people management needs

AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping center are also located around the office.
