IT Business Analyst II. - Salesforce CRM Specialist

The IT Analyst II. - Salesforce CRM Specialist is an integral part of the Product Teams in the Agile Software Delivery Process. The DPE enriches the team in the areas of Requirements Engineering, Continuous Testing and Production Support. The DPE Salesforce CRM Specialist provides L1 & L2 Salesforce support for the Grain & Protein Division. This includes working directly with key business owners to resolve raised issues, gather business requirements, create and document design solutions based on knowledge of the AGCO environment and conduct testing. Being part of an agile team the DPE must follow team and platform practices and work closely with the global Salesforce team and various regional business units to implement value adding sound solutions. 


What Youn will do:
• Provide Tier 1 support for Salesforce related issues including data quality, configuration defects, training, reports & dashboards, user management, minor enhancements, and other system related issues.  Successful processing of customer and dealer inquiries for troubleshooting and changes as part of the AGCO IT incident process.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, approval processes, validation rules, etc. in sandbox environment. Prepare for deployments.
• Refinement of User Stories and Features
• Determination, documentation, checking & coordination and management of requirements & Support of the global development teams in clarifying requirements
• Definition of acceptance criteria
• Definition of the integration points with other systems and communication of the effects of possible system changes in cooperation with other teams
• Visual representation of business processes
• Support in estimating efforts for new developments and improvements
• Knowledge transfer for new and changed functions for the change management process
• Quality assurance of the implementation of technical and functional requirements
• Planning and execution of tests,  Definition of test conditions and scripts & Analysis of test results
• Active participation and preparation for agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
• Responsibility for compliance with all AGCO guidelines by all employees and teams, as well as compliance with all control processes and standards


What You will bring:
• Detailed knowledge and experience of the following: How to link business processes to enterprise strategy, How to create Salesforce workflows and approval processes, design solutions, and update system configuration, Salesforce security and sharing models, How to manage complex data bases including database design and data quality management
• Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe) is an advantage
• Experience in requirements engineering, testing and production support is necessary
• Strong analytical, holistic and conceptual thinking& Independent and solution-oriented behavior.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written English &  team-player attitude as well as the ability to interact with IT departments & any level of management
• Agricultural or global experience is a plus
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
