We are looking for enthusiastic junior professionals to join our growing IT Customer / Desktop Support teams in order to provide best class service to AGCO colleagues worldwide.


Your impact:

 

• Provide high quality support for any IT related queries or incidents in a timely manner via phone and ticketing system
• Responsible to any high priority issues requested by end user or business
• Cooperate with senior IT colleagues (L2 and Application support teams / End User Technology Managers)

 

What You Will Bring:

 

• Fluency in English - both verbal and written 
• Good knowledge of PC skills including windows and Microsoft office products.
• Excellent communicational skills, verbal and written
• Good Customer Service skills with both internal and external contacts
• Good decision-making skills

 

A Plus If You Have:


• Willingness to work in shifts
• Any additional European language knowledge
• Hands on experience in desktop support and devices (iOS, Android, laptops, etc.)
