IT System Architect - Adobe
Budapest, Hungary

The Adobe IT System Architect is responsible for a leadership role in software design, development, and implementation of Digital Asset Management system and Brand Websites, utilizing Adobe AEM. You are responsible for collaborating with AGCO Global IT department, and technical leads within other groups, to define and revise the end-to-end product solutions which fall under AGCO's Adobe AEM portfolio. You will be involved in both new product definition as well as existing product operation, modification, understanding customer and business requirements, ensuring alignment with technical plans, and producing documented models of the components of each solution. You will also support research, analysis, and recommendation of new technologies, frameworks, and products to incorporate into the AGCO Adobe AEM portfolio. A successful candidate must have multiple years of actual end-to-end design and implementation experience in the software industry.
What You Will Do:
- Responsible for Digital Asset Management system and Brand Websites long-term technical strategy & planning.
- Collaborates with partners, vendors and manufacturing department to provision estimates, develop overall implementation plans, customization, and integration efforts in order to support asks from global teams.
- Analyzes existing system to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, obsolescence, and technology support gaps. Refines and expands the model as necessary.
- Software development process best practices and coding standard definition; Assists in maintaining and improving internal organizational standards.
- Ensure products align with AGCO's Global IT infrastructure and technologies standards.
- Support development teams that are building product solutions for our internal and external customers using Adobe AEM
- Support design and implement of new functionality and enhance of the various services inside the platform.
- Coaching development teams to support project execution, operations, and alignment with overall Offboard application objectives.
- Coaching and support of development teams technical and professional development
- Active participation and preparation for agile ceremonies such as Product Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Refinements, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
- Responsibility for compliance with all AGCO guidelines by all employees and teams, as well as compliance with all control processes and standards
What You Will Bring:
-
Bachelor`s / Master`s degree in computer science, IT, engineering or equivalent education
- 3+ years Adobe AEM Architecture experience
- Relevant experience in AEM development
- Knowledge of software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
- Independent and solution-oriented behaviour
- Strong analytical, holistic and conceptual thinking
- English language fluency (written & verbal)
- Excellent communication skills and team-player attitude as well as the ability to interact with IT and business departments and any level of management
- Successfully influencing different groups and teams in a complex environment
A Plus If You Have:
- Understanding of DAM and Content Management solutions
- Knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe)
