Intercompany and Stock Compensation Accounting Manager

Your Impact 

• You oversee the intercompany accounting process, including the recording of transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations in the consolidation process 

• You coordinate with finance teams across different business units to ensure accurate and timely intercompany settlements and reconciliations 

• You are responsible for the global tie-out of the transfer pricing, intra-profit and management fee accounts. 

• You responsible for the global stock compensation accounting and reconciliations 

• You provide support to the consolidation team as needed. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field combined with CPA or equivalent certification  

• Over five years of experience in Accounting as well as experience with ERP systems preferably SAP 

• Experience in continuous improvement of processes  

• Customer-focused, communication and interpersonal skills  

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

​​AGCO Shared Service Center (SSC) is located at Office Garden in the 11th district, in one of the most dynamically developing areas of Budapest providing global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience and Engineering functions. The office is easily accessible by car and public transport. Restaurants, cafés and a shopping centre are also located around the office.
